Introduction

I made this soup by accident and it turned out to be super good! I suggest cutting back on the cilantro boullion because it's a little on the saltier side. Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup of frozen cut spinach
    1/2 cup of frozen corn
    1 cup frozen black eyed peas
    1 can of Campell's Vegetarian Vegetable Soup
    1 cup of Vegetable Broth
    2 cubes of Cilantro Boullion

Directions

Put all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes or until black eyed peas are tender.

Makes 3 one-cup servings
