Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Cups Water
    579 Grams Cabbage
    5 dashes Hot Pepper Sauce
    217 Grams Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    42 Grams Green Peppers
    196 Gram Onions
    158 Gram Carrots
    22 Gram Kale
    2 Cups Vegetable Broth
    3 Bay Leaves
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 Vegan Vegetable Bouillon Cube
    1 (15 oz) Can Black Soy Beans
    221 Gram Green Beans
    464 Grams Canned Tomatoes

Directions

Cut all vegetables in desired pieces and place all ingredients in stew pot & cook until tender, about an hour. Salt & Pepper to taste.

Can add whatever vegetables you like & omit those you don't.
