Chinese Dumpling Soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    100 g thinly sliced cabbage
    100 g sliced onion
    1 carton - organic chicken broth - 946 mL (30 oz)
    15 frozen Chinese dumplings or won-tons
    (shrimp, pork or vegetarian)
    1/4 tsp Dry parsley
    Lemon Pepper (optional)
    Frank's Red Hot Sauce (optional)

Directions

Put sliced onion and cabbage into a non-stick pot and stir on high heat until veggies are hot all over, about 3 minutes.
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Immediately add 15 frozen Chinese Dumplings or Won-Tons and return to a boil.
Reduce heat to just about medium and cook for 4 more minutes.
Add lemon pepper and Frank's Red Hot Sauce if you want a little tang and heat.

Serve immediately.
Makes 3 full-meal servings (5 dumplings per serving)
