    *Long Grain & Wild Rice (Rice a Roni) no butter added, 2 cup
    *Quorn tenders, 4 serving
    *Teriyaki Sesame Organicville sauce, 8 tbsp
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped


Prepare rice. Cook broccoli, Quorn tenders, carrots and teriyaki sauce. Combine.
