made with leftover cooked rice and skim milk

Ingredients

    *Cooked Long-Grain White Rice, 1.5 cup
    *Skim Milk, 2 cup
    Pineapple, fresh, 28.5 grams
    Raisins, .1/8 cup
    Crasins 1/8 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    *Cake Spice, .5 tsp.
    *PureVia (1 serving) (2g), 3 packets
    **Sun Crystals all natural sweetener packet (1.3g), 1 serving
    *vanilla extract, .5 tsp

Directions

simmer rice and milk and rest of ingredients until thick. Eat hot or cold.Makes 5 -1/2 cup servings.
