1lb ground round or sirloin, broned, drained and rinsed 1 package of hamburger helper cheeseburger or 1 package of kraft macaroni and cheese 1 15 oz can of Rotel
Brown ground round, drain and rinse to remove fat. Add Rotel to meat and simmer while preparing macaroni per package. I do not add butter because using ground beef and I use skim milk. Combine ingredients and serve. This should make 5, 1 cup servings. You can add chili powder to give it an extra kick. Enjoy!
