Ingredients

    brown rice (1 cup cooked), 1 serving
    Canned chili, no beans, 439 grams
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 4 oz
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Whole Leaf Oregano, 0.5 tsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, .5 cup (
    *Western Family Taco Blend Shredded Cheese, 1 cup

Directions

Cook meat and onions together until meat is browned and onion tender.
Mix together all ingredients except cheese.
Use mixture in burritoes, adding about 1/2-2/3 c mixture per tortilla. Add about 2 T. cheese per burrito.
Place burritos in pan. Cover lightly with shredded cheese.
Cook burritoes at 350-400 degrees F. for about a half hour
until heated through.
