Ingredients

    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    2 Tbsp honey
    3 tbsp melted butter
    1 cup milk
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten


Directions

Mix all of the dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients and mix well. Pour onto a hot griddle in 1/4 cup measure. Makes 14 4 inch pancakes. 94 calories, 3.6 g fat, 1.2 g fiber, 13.2 g carbohydrates, 3.1 g protein per pancake
