Introduction

Good, easy taco salad. Low Fat and Good Carbs. Good, easy taco salad. Low Fat and Good Carbs.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cherry
    Baby Carrots, raw, 4 medium
    Red Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick)
    Cucumber (with peel), 0.25 cup slices
    Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
    *Old El Paso Taco Sauce Medium, 1 tbsp
    *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup

Directions

Chop vegetables and place in a bowl. Top salad with ranch, cheddar and taco sauce. Cook some of the onions with Chicken and taco seasoning. When the chicken is finished put in on top of your salad! Garnish with lime juice and tortilla strips/chips if you want, but you don't really need it.
