Chinese BBQ Pork

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups Chopped Onions
    2-3 Pound Pork Roast
    1 teaspoon each Salt and Pepper
    1 Cup Hoisin Sauce
    1/4 Cup Chili Sauce or Tomato Sauce
    2 Tablespoons Honey
    1 Teaspoon Minced Ginger or more to taste
    1 Teaspon Mince Garlic or more to taste

Directions

Place choppined onions in the bottom of slow-cooker.
Place pork roast on top of onions, fat side up.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper

In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients, pour over top of pork.

Cover and cook for 8-10 hours on low.
Skim fat off the top and serve sliced with juices over brown rice.
