My homemade chili

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups each pinto and black beans
1 lb round steak
1 oz. achiote
2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup diced carrot
1 can Rotel tomatoes w/ celery, tomatoes, onions, etc.
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 chipotles, diced finely
1/2 cup tomatoe paste
5-6 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Directions
Should serve at least 10 1cup serving.
Soak beans overnight; or bring to a boil, cover and let sit for an hour;
Rinse;
Meanwhile, chop up all the other ingrediants and saute in a little oil;
Slice meat into chunks & saute with vegetables;
Add the tomato paste and let it fry a little;
Add achiote and any other spices you wish;
Add beans back into pot;
Add broth, stir well, bring to a boil, turn heat down to simmer and cover;
Let simmer until beans are done and the meat falls apart.
