Delicious for a filling breakfast or a snack, anytime. I always thought something as healthy as cottage cheese might be able to be dressed up into something tasty... and this is it. Quick and easy. Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    1 teaspoon splenda
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Mix 1 teaspoon splenda and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla into cottage cheese. Spoon sliced strawberries on top and enjoy!
