Ingredients

Quaker Oatmeal, 1 serving
Banana, fresh, 50 grams
Raisins, 20 grams
Walnuts, 16 grams
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Boil water with a pinch of salt (optional), add Oats, Banana, Raisins and Walnuts and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add Milk if desired.
Enjoy a hot Breakfast.
