Veggie Pizza (2.5 oz cheese)Submitted by: SIORANTH
2 c unbleached flour
3/4 c water
2 tsp dry yeast
1/2 c crushed Red Pack tomatoes
50 g cremini mushrooms, finely chopped
30 g tomatoes, diced or slice
50 g black olives, sliced or diced
2 oz sliced jarred jalapenos
20 g onion, thinly sliced
10 g garlic, minced
1/4 c frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2.5 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 550F with baking stones in the oven.
Punch down dough and let rest while you prep the vegetables.
Roll out into a 15" circle and place on baking stone. Combine tomato sauce and garlic, spread on pizza. Top with other veggies and then sprinkle on cheese.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until done.
