2-egg feta omelet

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    3 tbl feta cheese crumbles
    1 tsp canola oil

Directions

Heat canola oil in a small omelet/fry pan.
Whisk eggs and pour into hot oil.
Add feta cheese crumbles.
Cook until eggs not runny.
Fold over in half with spatula and cook 1 minute.
Flip over and cook 1 minute more.

Serve.
