6 romaine lettuce leaves
8 oz chicken breast
1/2 c. red peppers, sliced
1 med onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
6 mushrooms, sliced
2 T. olive oil
greek yogurt (instead of sour cream)
Coat chicken in oil and taco seasoning, grill. Meanwhile, saute veggies in a bit of Pam and taco seasoning. When chicken is done, remove from grill and slice. Place in lettuce leaves with peppers, onions, mushrooms and toppings. Enjoy!
Makes 2 servings of 3 lettuce wraps each.
