2-3/4 cup diced potatoes
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup frozen peas; thawed
In a large skillet, saute turmeric, cumin powder and chili powder in olive oil.
Add potatoes to skillet and stir to coat with spices.
Add tomatoes and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
Stir in peas, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
