lite banana bread

Ingredients

    1 cup splenda
    1/3 cup i can't believe its not butter light
    1/2 cup eggbeaters
    2 cups mashed bananas
    1/3 cup water
    1 tbsp molasses
    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray loaf pan with pam or equivalent.
mix splenda and butter together until well blended. stir in eggbeaters and blend well. add bananas, molasses and water. mix well. stir in remaining ingredients until moistened. pour mixture into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.
cut into 10 slices and then half those.
makes 20 servings.
