Ingredients

TBC Skillet(Turkey, Black Beans, Corn in a Skillet)

    Ingredients

1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 medium onion cut up
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Whole Kernel Corn
Few dashes of your favorite Hot Sauce
Mrs. Dash (I used Lemon Pepper, but use your favorite or what you have on hand)
1 medium zucchini, cut up(I cut into small pieces and noone even knew it was there)
1 can Diced Tomatoes (I used Basil, Garlic & Oregano)

Directions

Directions

Brown the ground turkey and onions in a large skillet, make sure it is big enough as you add all the ingredients in and I almost ran out of room when I made it.

DRAIN there really isn't much if you use lean turkey but drain anyway.

Rinse & drain the black beans and corn, stir into the skillet.

Add Hot Sauce and Mrs. Dash to taste, and cut up zucchini.

Cover & cook on Med/High for 5 minutes or so.

Add the tomatoes juice and all.

Heat on medium high for 5 to 7 minutes.
