Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato
Garlic, 2 cloves
Cauliflower, raw, .25 head, medium - Slightly warmed/softened in the dehydrator
Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, small (5-1/2" to 6-1/2" long)
Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
*cashew nuts, raw, 1.25 TBSP
*Minute Miso, 1Tbsp
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Add all ingredients to your blender/food processor saving the water for last add the water to acheive the desired consistency.
