Ingredients

Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato
Garlic, 2 cloves
Cauliflower, raw, .25 head, medium - Slightly warmed/softened in the dehydrator
Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, small (5-1/2" to 6-1/2" long)
Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
*cashew nuts, raw, 1.25 TBSP
*Minute Miso, 1Tbsp
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Slice the corn off the cob, cut up the bigger vegetables, warm the cauliflower in the dehydrator or if you are not too picky about staying completely raw, put it in the microwave for about a minute or two.
Add all ingredients to your blender/food processor saving the water for last add the water to acheive the desired consistency.
