Ingredients


    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup (remove)
    Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)

Directions

Brown meat cook rice. Clean out peppers, microwave for 2 - 3 minutes in the micro. till soften. Mix all together everything except cheese. Spray baking dish stuff peppers top with cheese bake for 20 - 20 mintes
