Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Introduction

Pretty tasty! I think the next time I make it I will add Italian seasoning to the dough. Just for some extra flavor. I did not have a ful cup of wheat gluten flour so I just used 1/2 cup of vital wheat gluten and 1 cup of stone ground whole wheat flour. Ingredients

    1 cup of stone ground whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup of vital wheat gluten
    1/2 cup wheat bran
    2 teaspoon yeast
    2 teaspoon splenda
    1 ounce melted butter
    1 cup warm water
    1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

I used my food processor,
Mix all dry ingredients together add the melted butter, and 1 cup of warm water slowly while pulsing the machine, when it comes together in a ball take out and put in bowl cover and put in a warm place for 30 min. When time is up knead and cut into two pieces and work into about 12-14 in rounds or as close as you can get it. Place it on cookie sheet or pizza pan and let rest and rise for another 20 min.
This makes 16 slices all togerher for about 6.3 carbs per slice.
