Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

    40 asparagus spears
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper.

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix asparagus, olive oil, salt and pepper (to taste) together. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
