Chicken Spaghetti

Introduction

This version is calculated with regular pasta, but I often use whole wheat pasta and it is just as good. This version is calculated with regular pasta, but I often use whole wheat pasta and it is just as good.

Ingredients

    10 oz spaghetti
    98% Fate-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    6 oz Light Velveeta
    1.5 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, set aside.
2. Cube velveeta and place in large (microwave safe) bowl.
3. Add mushroom soup and microwave on high for 2 minutes (in 20-30 second intervals) until melted and smooth.
4. Stir well to combine.
5. Add pasta and chicken, mix well.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired
