Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients

    8 oz precooked chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 c (before cooking) elbow macaroni
    10 kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
    1 14-oz can artichoke hearts, chopped

    Easy Marinara Sauce
    1 14-oz can tomato sauce
    Italian seasonings - to taste

Directions

Bring tomato sauce to a low boil and add seasonings as desired (basil, oregano, garlic, etc., either fresh or dried). Reduce to simmer.

Cook the pasta, drain and return to pot. Add the precooked chicken, olives, artichokes and half the sauce. Stir well then add remaining sauce. Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese.
