Chicken Tortilla Soup

Introduction

This is a great "Crock Pot" recipe, I use still frozen chicken breast, put it on in the morning and dinner is done when I get home from work! This is a great "Crock Pot" recipe, I use still frozen chicken breast, put it on in the morning and dinner is done when I get home from work!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 package Taco Seasoning
    2 cans of chicken broth
    3 corn tortillas
    2 cans of rotel tomatoes with green chilis
    1 can Ranch Style Beans
    1 can Great Northern Beans

Directions

Place chicken breasts in the crock pot (frozen is fine), add the taco seasoning packet, broth and rotel tomatoes. Tear the tortillas into 1 inch pieces and add. Drain and rinse Ranch Style and great northern beans, then add. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 4 to 6 hours.

grated cheese
sour cream
broken tortilla chips
avacado
