Grilled apricots

Introduction

What a wonderful side to grilled pork or fish. What a wonderful side to grilled pork or fish.

Ingredients

    3 Apricots
    3/4 Tbsp walnut oil

Directions

Cut apricots in half and brush with oil on both sides.

Heat grill and place apricots on grill. Brown for 3-4 minutes and flip ensuring that you do not blacken the outside. Brush with oil to keep it from sticking. Grill another 3-4 minutes or until softened and slightly browned on both sides.
