1 Lb. bison burger
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 Tsp. Chef Meg's Taco Seasoning
1/3 cup water
12 corn tortillas (2 per person)
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup fresh tomatoes chopped or 3/4 cup Hunts Diced Fire Roasted 100% natural tomatoes, drained
3/4 cup light sour cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
2. Add taco seasoning and water; cook until water is absorbed.
3. Heat tortillas in microwave till limp but not crisp.
4. Assemble tacos. Add cooked bison, lettuce, chopped onion, tomatoes & sour cream to softened taco.
