2 cups of drained/rinsed cooked black beans
(cooked my own beans to keep sodium down)
2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup of agave nectar
1/4 cup pure cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 6 packets of stevia in the raw (optional)
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 chopped walnuts
spray a 8x8 glass baking dish
combine all ingredients except rolled oats in blender or food processor-mix untill all is in a gooey consistancy.
Mix in rolled oats & walnuts and pour into glass dish.
Bake for 30 minutes untill toothpick is clean.
*****at this point you can add carob chips, nut butters, cocoa powder....and a topping.
Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting 9 even squares.
