Introduction

A tasty way to eat your veggies! A tasty way to eat your veggies!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Two medium zuchinni, grated
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 medium vadalia onion, shredded or diced small
    1 Tblsp. Oregano
    1 Tblsp. Basil
    1/2 Tsp. Salt
    1/2 Tsp. Pepper
    2 Eggs, beaten lightly.

Directions

Shred Zuchinni and onion and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Add all ingredients in bowl and mix.
Form in to 8 patties
Fry in a pan in 1 Tblsp. butter or use cooking spray. Butter is not added to the calories for this recipe.
