Introduction

Ingredients

2.5 cup frozen red raspberries
2.25 cup frozen blueberries
7 cups frozen triple berry blend (Sam's Club has it)
1 cup sugar
.25 cup all purpose white flour
2 cups Special K low fat granola
Crisco Butter Spray (0 calories)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375' F
Mix all berries, sugar, and flour in a large bowl until all berries are covered in flour/sugar.
Spread the mix into 2 9x13 baking dishes.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir.
Sprinkle 1 cup of the granola over each pan of cooked berries.
Lightly spray the top of each pan with Crisco Butter Spray (0 calorie cooking spray).
Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Makes 24 servings. Cut each pan in 4x3 to get the correct serving size (yields 12 per pan; total of 24 servings)
