2 1/2 cup 1/2% milk 1/8 cup whole wheat flour 1/8 cup all purpose flour 8 ounces Jimmy Dean natural pork sausage 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon salt
Crumble pork sausage in large pan and cook thoroughly. Combine milk, flours, sausage and add salt and pepper. You're making a white sauce without butter, so a gravy shaker is handy to use to combine the milk and flour. Cook in a large pan on medium until thickened and bubbly. Makes four servings.
