A quick and easy one-skillet meal - just serve with a tossed salad and dinner is done! This is a Weight Watchers recipe. You can reduce the amount of ground beef or substitute TVP - I have done both but the men in my family really like real meat. Ingredients

    6 oz whole grain angel hair pasta
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 t each salt, black pepper, garlic powder basil, oregano
    and thyme
    1/2 t cayenne pepper
    1 can diced tomatoes, with juice
    1 can tomato paste
    1 tomato can of water

Directions

Start to brown ground beef on medium high in very large skillet and add veggies and seasonings. Cook until meat is browned and veggies are tender, stirring often. Add tomatoes, water and tomato paste. Break the pasta into small pieces and stir into meat sauce. Simmer on low heat until most of the liquid cooks out and pasta is done. Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
