Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
*Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced
zuchinni (fresh) 1 cup, 1 serving
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
Banana Peppers, 1 cup
put into bowl and add olive oil. toss to coat all veggies. put veggies onto stone or baking dish. I pile onions and peppers on top of each other...the rest should be in a single layer. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings and then cheese.
bake for 25 mins.
Try any veggie you like.
We have enjoyed it with all kinds of fresh veggies.
