Cantonese Fried Rice

Introduction

My version of the recipe on the back of the Dynasty Fried Rice seasoning package. My version of the recipe on the back of the Dynasty Fried Rice seasoning package.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 TBS Vegetable Oil
    2 cups frozen peas
    2 cooked chicken breasts, 8 ounces
    1 medium yellow onion
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    3.5 cups Jasmine rice
    1 package Dynasty Cantonese Fried Rice Seasoning Mix
    1 TBS soy sauce

Directions

Heat oil in frying pan over high heat. Cook onions until translucent; add frozen peas.

Once peas have thawed, stir in chicken and cook until hot.

Add egg and stir-fry until set.

Add rice, seasoning mix and soy sauce. Cook and stir until heated through.

Makes 6-1 cup servings.
