IntroductionServe with Sausage Ragu Serve with Sausage Ragu
1 3/4 cups or 1 small can of pure pumpkin, no salt or sugar added
1 large egg
4 tbsp grated romano or parmigiano
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
sea salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Drop into boiling water and let cook until they rise to the top. About 3-4 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon.
Serve with a Sausage Ragu sauce or sprinkle with olive oil and some parmigiano cheese.
