Ingredients

    1 Medium to large banana (1 cup)
    1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries or blueberries
    1 cup lowfat or nonfat plain yogurt
    1 cup lowfat or nonfat milk
    Ice cubes

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in blender
2. Set blender setting to smoothie or liquify
3. Pour into 16 oz cups and enjoy
