Introduction

Easy tuna salad, lots of protein, light mayo.... very typical. Depending on my mood I'll throw something else in, maybe a little shredded carrot or apple, but this is the base for a good tuna salad. Also, I usually use 2 cans of off-brand tuna in water that comes 2 servings per can at 50 calories a serving. Easy tuna salad, lots of protein, light mayo.... very typical. Ingredients

    * Tuna, Canned in Water, 6.08 oz (remove)
    * Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Dill Pickles, .125 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
    * Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
    * Hard Boiled Egg, 2.5 large (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)

Directions

Chop everything up and mix it all up, boil eggs previously.
