Ingredients

    Ground bison (buffalo), 16 oz
    Scallions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 cup, shredded
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Soy sauce (tamari), 4 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Saute diced garlic. Brown the meat in the garlic. Toss everything else in as you like and cook as you like. I served it over steamed brown rice.
