Asian Tilapia

Ingredients

    1 tbls light soy sauce
    2 tbls LaChoy Sweet 'n Sour Sauce
    Tilapia filet
    2 tsp. plain bread crumbs
    1/2 cup cooked brown rice

Directions

Brush the filet with 1 tbls light soy sauce. Place in sauté pan over medium-high heat. Let the fish sizzle for about 20 seconds, then turn over. Sprinkle half the bread crumbs on top while cooking for another 20 seconds. Then turn again, and sprinkle the rest of the bread crumbs. Turn one more time and then cover with a tight fitting lid and turn off heat. The fish will finish cooking while you prepare the sauce.

Take 2 tbls soy sauce and warm in the microwave until thinned. Serve the fillet on the bed of rice and drizzle the sauce over the top.
