Oatmeal (1 cup should be put in food processor to be ground down like flour)
three egg whites
one whole egg
flax seed (optional. for fiber)
and chocolate dip
(pb can be substituted. it's just not an option for me)
Spread out for your own preferred thickness.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cut into at least 8 pieces for the stated nutritional value
