Mock Crab Salad

Ingredients

    300 grams of Imitation Crab meat
    2 stalks of celery
    1 or 2 shallots
    1/4 c. mayo
    fresh dill (up to 5 sprigs)

Directions

Chop the celery and shallots, mix all ingredients together, and chill it.

Serves 3 for dinner.
Serve with bread and another salad.
