Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 1/2 c potatoes, diced
    1 c onions, chopped
    1/2 c celery, chopped fine
    3 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 c carrots, diced
    2- 16 oz cans stewed tomatoes
    1 qt water
    1/4 cup barley

Directions

brown the ground round and drain. Add all the vegetables and sweat. Add liquid and cook until done.
