EASY Fresh Baked Cod

Introduction

I don't even like fish and this is awesome! I don't even like fish and this is awesome!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 fresh cod filet (I get it fresh at grocer)
    2 lemons (for juice)
    4 tbs butter
    Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Put cod in a cake pan to bake. Add 4 tbs smart balance butter (or whatever you use). Put any seasonings you want on it. I use Mrs. Dash products only per my trainer.
Add the juice of the lemons.
Bake for 15 minutes.
When fish seperates easily (flakes) it's ready!!!
