Spicy low carb chili

Submitted by: SNAPSHOTSTACY

Introduction

This is South Beach appropriate. Even more so if you use ground turkey instead of beef. But, I like the flavor of beef. :-) This is South Beach appropriate. Even more so if you use ground turkey instead of beef. But, I like the flavor of beef. :-)

  • I also used rotel with green chilis because we don't have rotl with habaneros here either. Mine wasn't spicy. Cut the mushrooms cause some family members don't like them. Served it to extended family for Christmas lunch with Fritos, diced onions and diced jalapenos. It was a big hit. - 12/25/10

  • I used less mushrooms and used the Rotel tomatoes with green chilis since our store didn't have the ones with habaneros, but it was incredibly delicious and VERY spicy! Will definitely make again. - 10/10/10
