IntroductionCreamy cheesy goodness!! Creamy cheesy goodness!!
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (boiled or grilled) chopped
1 block of pepper jack cheese (8 oz) cubed
1 jar salsa (medium size jar, 8-10 oz)
4 cans Great Northern Beans
In crock pot, or large pot on low setting empty cans of beans. Add salsa and cheese. Cover and let cook. In the meantime cook your chicken to your liking. I sometimes boil, or season and cook in a frying pan with cooking spray, then cut into little pieces and add to chili. Let cook for 1.5 hours on high or 2 on low.
Serve in bowl, sprinkle with shredded cheese and eat with tortilla chips.
Easiest when cooked in crock pot.
