Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 c Bisquick pancake mix
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup instant oats
    1/2 t salt
    2 t splenda
    2 t yeast

    1 t garlic powder
    1/2 t each- cilantro, basil
    spray butter

Directions

Cook yeast in half cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Add to flours salt and sugar to form the dough. Knead twenty times. Let rise for one hour.

Roll out dough into strip, cut into nine pieces. Roll dough again in your palms to make breadstick shape. Coat all with spray butter. Roll in spice mix gently (it's strong). Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until browned and springy.
