Ingredients

    2 T wheat flour
    1/4 c instant oats
    1 T cocoa powder
    1/4 c Splenda
    1/4 c skim milk
    1 egg white

Directions

Mix milk and prepared oatmeal in dry ingredients. Use a little water for thinner pancakes. Should be runny. Cook as a single serving on a skillet. Add your favorite fruit or syrup
