Ingredients

    4 raw almonds
    1 miniature box of raisins
    100g natural unsweetened yogurt
    drop of real vanilla essence

Directions

Pour yogurt into a bowl, add raisins and vanilla essence. Lightly crush almonds on the back of a spoon. Add to yogurt. Stir and enjoy - all while knowing that everything you are putting into your body is great for you!
