Introduction

Food of the gods. Try not to eat the whole thing. Would definitely work as a frosting. Sweet potato is much easier to use than carrots. Entire batch was about 615 grams, ea serving 40 g. Ingredients

    1 c. avocado, mashed
    1/2 c. baked sweet potato
    3/4. c. dutch process cocoa powder
    1 c. powdered sugar
    5 packets Truvia natural sweetener
    1/4 c. water (more or less depending on desired consistency)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. espresso powder
    pinch salt


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
